We have developed a solid insurance practice at the firm. Our services are retained by several insurers and insured.  We frequently advise our clients and if appropriate represent them in court regarding matters entailing denied claims, insurable interests, mandatory insurance and subrogation.  We also carry out regulatory related work including applying for operating licenses.
